1. In PokoClub
Settings let you manage profiles, features and limits, view Nyo’s memory and request account deletion. The in-app export is a summary of the account and profiles, not a full copy of all conversations and files.
2. Delete your account without using the app
Email hello@pokoplush.fr from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my PokoClub account”. State whether you want to delete the entire account or only a child profile. You do not need to explain your decision.
We verify identity and authority over the account proportionately, then process the request. Do not send identity documents or passwords unless requested. If you no longer have access to the account email address, explain this: we will tell you what is strictly necessary for verification.
Deletion covers the requested account or profile and associated active data. Records needed for legal obligations, disputes or security, and backups until rotation, may be retained with restricted access. Copies downloaded to your devices remain under your control.
3. Withdraw AI consent
You can request withdrawal of your consent to AI processing by emailing hello@pokoplush.fr from your account address. Identify the profiles concerned. You can also immediately disable the relevant features in parental settings while your request is processed.
Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful. Features that cannot operate without that processing are stopped for the scope concerned. Disabling a feature, withdrawing consent and deleting data are different requests: state whether you also want erasure.
4. Access, full copies, corrections and objections
You can request a full copy of data about you or a profile under your responsibility, have information corrected, request restriction or exercise a right to object where the legal conditions are met. Children also have rights, exercised with regard to their interests and parental authority.
Describe your request and its scope without adding unnecessary sensitive data. A full export may contain intimate information; we verify the recipient and use an appropriate delivery method.
5. Response times and complaints
We normally respond within one month. For complex or numerous requests, this may be extended by two months, with an explanation within the first month. Exercising your rights is normally free, subject to statutory exceptions.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or the competent authority in your country. Refund requests and purchase guarantees are separate from data rights requests.
